How do I register?

1) If paying via credit card you will receive your registration reference code once the transaction is complete.
2) If paying via EFT or bank deposit you will receive your registration reference code at the end of your registration process.
Ensure your registration reference code is used on your EFT or bank deposit. Once payment has been received you will receive a confirmation email.

BREAKOUT SESSIONS
Various breakout sessions are available, which follow after the morning sessions. The breakout sessions you would like to attend must be selected on your registration form and may not be changed once your registration is processed. Please note if you have chosen part 01 of a series, you will
automatically be allocated part 02 the following day, and visa versa. Click here for further information.

Directions travelling from Pmb:
• Take the N3 out of Pietermaritzburg towards Durban.
• Take the M13 glide off towards Hillcrest (not the Toll Road).
• Take Exit 33 Shongweni/Assagay/Hillcrest offramp.
• Turn left into Kassier Road.
• At the 1st set of traffic lights, turn right into Old Main road.
• At the 2nd set of traffic lights (Steers, Pick n Pay, FNB), turn left into Inanda Road.
• Continue Approximately 2.9 km and turn left into Greenmeadow Lane.
• HCF is on the corner of Inanda and Greenmeadow Lane.
Directions travelling from South Coast/North Coast:
• Take the N3 out of Durban towards Pietermaritzburg.
• Take the M13 glide off towards Pinetown (not the Toll Road).
• Follow the M13 past Pinetown and continue up Fields Hill.
• Continue on the M13 passing Kloof till you reach Exit 28 - Gillitts/Old Main Rd Hillcrest.
• Take Exit 28 and at the traffic lights turn right into Old Main road.
• After 2.5km, turn right into Inanda Road (Steers, Pick n Pay, FNB).
• Continue Approximately 2.9 km and turn left into Greenmeadow Lane.
• HCF is on the corner of Inanda and Greenmeadow Lane.
VENUE FACILITIES
Food + beverage:
Various food + beverage stands will be located on the grounds. A full compliment of restaurants and cafés are located within a 10 minute drive of the venue. Detailed info will be supplied in the Equip’09 conference guide.
WiFi:
Wireless connectivity will be available in the main auditorium and foyer areas. Detailed info will be supplied in the Equip’09 conference guide.
Child care:
No children under the age of 13 years. Facilities will be available for babies up to the age of 18 months, however each child must be accompanied by at least one parent. A mother’s feeding room is also available in the main auditorium.
TRANSPORTATION
Limited parking is available at HCF, overflow parking will be located at the Inanda Road Hillcrest High School field - follow signs and direction boards from Inanda Road. Shuttle buses will run between the overflow parking and the venue. Where possible please make use of a car pool to reduce congestion.
